History data for shopping perforamance report

Hi All,

I tried to pull the history data fro Shopping Performance Report from 2016 Jan 1st by using python API. I have used parallel.py to download. In my organization we have 274 accounts. It is taking very long time and failing numerous times, not able to complete to download complete data. Please let me know is there any way I can get the history data.

Hi Chaitanya,

The report download request may time out on extremely large data sets and due to a variety of factors, the server may return an error if the report is too large. I would suggest to try a shorter date range or use predicates to break up the report request into multiple, smaller requests. Let me know if this helps.
