What is the process to get whitelisted to use the AdwordsUserListService mutateMembers operation?

I get the following error when I attempt to add a member to a list: NotWhitelistedError.CUSTOMER_NOT_WHITELISTED_FOR_API

Hi Alex,

The mutateMembers() method does not really require any whitelisting, however, utilizing some of the fields in the Member object will indeed need you to be whitelisted. This being said, could you confirm if you are indeed using any of the listed fields that require whitelisting in the linked documentation? Could you also provide your clientCustomerId privately via the Reply privately to author option?
