hi, I found a strange problem. I read that the status of the account is ENABLED through API, but I saw that the status of the account is disabled on UI.May I ask why this is?
sql : SELECT customer.id, customer.status, customer.descriptive_name, customer.currency_code, customer.time_zone, customer.manager FROM customer

Thanks for reaching out to the Google Ads API Forum.

I understand that the field customer.status used to pull the status of the account is showing as ENABLED through Google Ads API. However, an API is not exposing the fields necessary to determine if an account is fully enabled or not. But my team already created a feature request to support the said account status that is seen on the Ads UI. For now, you may keep an eye on our blog for any updates or announcements.

Hi Nick,

I would try editing your subscription settings under My Membership Settings on the sidebar. If you continue to have issues with subscriptions, can you please try reaching out to Google Groups help? They'll be in a better position to assist with forum-specific issues.
