Bulk Jobs are stuck

Hi Team,

We have many bulk jobs that are stuck without any progress. Any help will be appreciated. The backlog of jobs is growing at our end :) Sample job id: 946401903, 946349048.

Hi Team,

I'm experiencing the same thing as well. The BatchJob is always in "AWAITING_FILE" status and after the max_poll_attempt the job times out. The last successful BatchJobUpdate was around 2:20pm PST.

Here's a Job ID that timed out: 947122783.

Please help investigate and let us know when it's back available.

Could you provide the complete SOAP request and response logs of the BatchJobService that were generated so I could further investigate on this? You may provide them to me using the reply privately to author option.

Hi Dannison,

I request you to bring it to the notice of your dev ops team. The job id's that I already shared should be sufficient to check this. This is a recurring issue with the Bulk Job API, and I humbly request the team to have better monitoring in place to detect issues like this. Not one bulk job as gone through in the last 12 hours :(

Hi Team,

we are experiencing the same issue this morning (german time). Most of our jobs are stuck with AWAITING_FILE status although, once in a while, a job goes through.

Example Job-Ids are: 947416263,946603316

the same issue started today for us as well. Example bulk job id is: 947699288 this one of 74 failures we´ve had this morning.

We are also facing the same issue. Batch job remains in status AWAITING_FILE even after the upload.

We are experiencing this issue too, since PST midnight.

Example job ids that are stuck: 

Batch job ID 948462438 has status AWAITING_FILE

Batch job ID 947941139 has status AWAITING_FILE

You should be able to see Batch Jobs back to normal now. Please let me know the BatchJob Id and SOAP logs if you still see issues.
