Hi Team,

With reference to case ID:[3-7894000037069], we have been waiting for two months to get Basic API Access for Google Ads. We have submitted the required information and also resubmitted to address a query. Since then, we have had no response about this.

We have tried writing to several contacts in Google and the support team to no avail. When we raised a support request, we noticed that our request got forwarded to the compliance team on 12/04/2024. This is having a big impact on our development timelines and our business. Could we get the contact details of someone who can help us with this please? Though we realise that this might be one of several requests you are handling, this is extremely urgent for us. We would appreciate a quick response or a referral that can get this moving for us.
