Hi all,
Could you please advise me on what methods I should use in order to get the following data (all the data since records began):
- costs
- payments
- adjustments
- VAT
Since it’s necessary to get remaining credit, however, as I understand it from reading the api documentation, it's not possible to get the sum “as is”
I would like to understand what transaction data I need to get in order to be able to calculate (will use in power bi).

Many thanks in advance!

Hello Alyona,

Thank you for reaching out. Please refer to this guide for more details on the list of metrics available via AdWords API for the supported report types. Also, it is not possible to directly retrieve the remaining credit balance via API. A feature request regarding your concern is already created internally within our team. Please keep an eye on our blog for more details related to this. As a workaround, you can compute the remaining balance by subtracting the total Cost of the Account Performance Report from your known budget. Let us know if you need additional assistance.

Hello Nikisha,

Thank you.
Am I correct that I can get "known budget" using API this way: spendingLimits + totalAdjustments (https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/BudgetOrderService.BudgetOrder)

Hello Alyona,

The known budget is the amount of budget in the local currency for the account represented by the field 'amount' set using BudgetService while mutating budgets via API.

Hi Nikisha,

I've requested developer token, I think it's taken more than 2 business days for my manager account. Link " contact the API compliance team" doesn't work in documentation (https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/common-errors#QuotaCheckError.DEVELOPER_TOKEN_NOT_APPROVED)
Could you please check link.
Thank you very much in advance!

Hello Alyona,

The form available here to contact the API Compliance Team works fine on our end. Could you please share the error observed on your end for me to take a look into this further and assist you better? Please note, the API Compliance Team reach out to the user on the email address registered in the API Center within two business days of the day you submit the application request. Please make sure the email is monitored regularly.
