API token was downgraded to Testing (without any reason) !!!

Hello, 

We just got an email that our Google API token changes to Basic and then to Testing.

We have thousands of live accounts.

Please help!

After reviewing your concern, I understand that your Access level has been downgraded to Standard then to Test. If you currently have a test account access level developer token and you would like to apply for production account access, fill out the basic access application form.

Since the access requests are handled by the Google Ads API Compliance team, we are transferring the case to the Ads API Compliance team. Can you kindly provide the following information for the compliance team to further assist you with your concern:

• Case ID generated from the compliance team in the format 0-0###########0 (if there is any generated).
• The type of access which you have requested for?
• MCC account ID.
