Upgrade to Google Ads API Token Application

Hi,
We are trying to update our account "level access" by requesting a "Base Access" token through the page  Google Ads API Token Application - Advertising Policies Help. We have already sent three requests (1 every 4 days), but we haven't received a response. How can we obtain this token?

I don't have any Case ID because We don't have any email from the compliance team. Our MCC ID is 453-725-8414.

Hi again, 

could you please provide me with the contact information for the Compliance team? We need to complete the project before the new year, and we are losing time because we haven't received any responses from the team. I understand that we are not the only ones seeking permission and sending requests, but it's concerning that, in the last two months, we have received a response only once and that not for the last request we sent for the token. We are developing a software for a customer and we have tempistic to respect.
The last request for the token was last week on Wednesday (08/11/23) and We sent also a reqeust to the Compliance team this Monday (13/11/2023).

I'm sorry if I write again here but after my last request We received a response from them and I hope is so also this time. I send you also the last email from Compliace team.
