Google Adwords API and Analytics are both returning 403

Good morning,

When we perform API queries to either the adwords api or analytics API we are getting a 403 error back. 

The log file says;

AW_SOAP.WARNING: clientCustomerId=907-418-3773 operations= service=ManagedCustomerService method=get responseTime= requestId= server=adwords.google.com isFault=1 faultMessage=Forbidden

With Google Analytics (I know this is Adwords forum, but likely related)

  403. That’s an error.

  Your client does not have permission to get URL /analytics/v3/management/accounts/~all/webproperties from this server. 

  That’s all we know.

However the same code + same details work fine in the staging environment. This has been working fine until the last few days.

It seems like the server ip (not shared) has been blocked?

How best to resolve this? We've had no emails from Google on the email we used to sign up.

Thanks for posting your concern.

I am afraid that our team can only check the issue on AdWords API. As for the issue encountered in Analytics, I would suggest to raise your concern here.

To take a closer look at the issue in AdWords API, could you provide the customer ID and the complete SOAP request and response logs with request ID generated on your end where we can see the issue via Reply privately to author option?
