the customer status is not match the ads dashboard

v10 is support to get the customer_status

when i get the customer_status from api

it return  “2”

const ENABLED = 2;

that means  the account is enable 

but  the ads dashboard shows “the account is suspended”

was it something wrong ?

or how can i get the true status from the api
