Custom audience not getting uploaded in the campaign

Hello,

I have uploaded the custom list but it is not getting uploaded in the video campaign.

Also, similar audience of custom list is also not getting uploaded which has 2M-3M audience size.

It's showing eligibility issue, tried talking to support but still no conclusive solution received.

Please look into it.
