Reach Metric

Hi!

Is there a way to get a reach metric for a campaign through the Google Ads API (like clicks, impressions, interactions)?

Hi Darkhan,

Thank you for reaching out. The unique reach metrics replaced cookie-based reach metrics as the primary method for reach measurement. However, the unique reach metrics are not yet available in the Google Ads API. There is a feature request to support these fields in the Google Ads API. Please keep an eye on our blog for the announcements and updates on new releases.

The reach metric is not available in the API. You can also check this documentation to know more as to which metrics are currently supported. However, our team has already previously created a feature request, subject for review, regarding its availability in the API. For now, you may for now keep an eye on our blog for updates when they become supported.

if it's not available in API can I get the reports from the UI? it seems like i can't see either the metrics for reach on UI google ads reports

Thank you for getting back to us. I am Sherwin from Google Ads API support team and I work with Nirmita. I hope that you are doing well today.

Moving forward to your concern, Dimas, seems you are unable to see the reach metrics in the UI after all. For the API, our team already raised a feature request for this. For now, you may for now keep an eye on our blog for updates when they become supported. However, what you are asking right now is to get that report from the UI. With that being said, what we can do is to advise you to reach out to Google Ads Product support team and check with them if getting the unique reach metrics can be fetched from the UI.
