Is there anyway to specify filter on result set?

Hi,

I'm using the Java client library and getting a java.lang.OutOfMemroryEorrr while making AdGroupCriterionOperation calls using the BulkMutateJob service.  It's a 5000 keywords update in the call.  Ran out of space while calling getResult on BulkMutateJobSelector.  Besides reducing the number of keywords in the call, is there anyway to reduce the size of the results returned?  I'm only interested getting errors.
