API Access based on Access Level

We are looking to give a client group API access to their AdWords Accounts, but our contract states we only supply Read-Only access. 

Is it possible to give Read-Only access to a user with API credentials on an account?

Hi,

To be able to grant read-only API access, you need to add the user with read-only permission to the AdWords account in question. The client can then use this email address to create OAuth2 credentials for API access.
