Basic Account API Application

I applied for Basic Access to my developer token on June 20, but I haven't received any response from the Google Ads team.

I have sent emails and submitted forms through all the channels I could find, including the support form to the Google Ads Compliance team, but still no reply. One of the emails I sent, case ID 1-4675000036626, also remains unanswered.

This situation is becoming quite frustrating because all the information I find online directs me to the same sources, yet there seems to be no progress or updates from the Google Ads team. This developer token is crucial for my company's business development and data collection processes, and I would greatly appreciate any assistance or updates on this issue.
