I have some newbie questions.. please guide me as you can.

We are small agency and we want to automate some things in adwords for our clients.

My goal is to use some dashboard that will connect through API with adwords.

I am new in development, but I am willing to learn from scratch some language..

Can you describe me the NEEDED things to make this happened? The flow of needed things...

1. Which course of language you suggest me to learn to manage and programming api? (java, perl, php, ruby etc..).
   My first goal is to create the simplest query through API with adwords and then I will expend.
   
   
2. Can I using some service using dashboard templates or develop one. Does it queries some specific skills that could be learn? 
   
   
3. Does adwords limits queries per day?
   
   
4. Do I need to download the data daily from adwords and when upload to the dashboard or it's could be done automatically?

   From what to start? Dashboard? learning java or other language?

1. It depends on your preferences and what kind of application you would like to develop.
   We provide client libraries in many programming languages. 
   Please select the one you're most comfortable with. Any of them should be able to be used to request simple queries equally easily.

1. We do not provide such a dashboard template.
   As for the skills needed, I think it heavily depends on your goal of developing your application (e.g., web app v.s. native app), so it's hard to answer exactly.
   But at least skills in programming and testing in any languages are mandatory.

1. I guess you meant AdWords API. AdWords API does impose some rate limits on queries.
   if you have basic access, there are limits of operations per day as well.

1. I'm not sure what you meant.
   But speaking generally, you could connect your application to the API and fetch relevant information without needing to download the info and upload it separately.

1. I recommend you to read all pages in Basic Concepts section and follow them. 
   Knowledge about OAuth 2.0 is necessary too.
