Retract the whole Conv Value for specific order IDs

Hi, 

I am trying to retract the revenue for specific order IDs (fake orders done by in-store employees of my client to make pricing error products appear as out of stock on the site). 

The UI doesn't recognize a conversion action name that was copy-pasted on the template (with Enhanced Conversions setup), as well as the timezone in one place (but TZ is fine in another place). I don't have a data source for seconds in the Adjustment Time column; I took the date, hour & minute from UA360, is that an issue? 

How should I fill the template in for Europe /Bucharest TZ?
