Dear Adwords API team,

Please support me that:

I can't create campaign by Adwords API when set attribute "biddingStrategyConfiguration.biddingScheme" of campaign is "TargetCpaBiddingScheme"

Adwords API return error : "[BiddingErrors.CANNOT_CREATE_CAMPAIGN_WITH_CONVERSION_OPTIMIZER @ operations[0].operand.biddingStrategyConfiguration.biddingStrategyType; trigger:'TARGET_CPA']"

Please:

1. How can I create campaign by Adwords API when set attribute "biddingStrategyConfiguration.biddingScheme" of campaign is "TargetCpaBiddingScheme" ?

2. I guess reason is: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6268632?hl=en&rd=1, please confirm that: is it OK or Not good ?
