Report Download Read Timeout

Hi,

We encountered read time out when trying to download a report with date range of 4 months.
Could you recommend the max date range with its recommended read time out setting?

We can also PM the details such as customer id and the request param.

Just to add more info,

we tested also by reducing the date range, so far it's working fine for 15 days of date range with default time out of 3 minutes.

Hi,

As per documentation, report download request has no specific restriction on the date range but may time out on extremely large data sets. 

While reducing the date range is one option you may try, you may also consider using predicates to break up the report request into multiple smaller requests and see if you can retain the 4 months date range you prefer for each separate report request.
