Many fields missing from documentation and all report fields CSV download

I'm attempting to recreate the pre-defined reports via API. After opening the pre-defined report in the Report Editor I'm constantly finding fields with display names that don't match any fields in the report type documentation, both web and CSV download.

Hi Drew,

Could you provide the complete report defintion you used to generate the report and the screenshot of the AdWords UI report so I can take a better look at the fields that are not matched at your end? You may reply using Reply privately to author.
