User list size does not change from 31.8.

Hi,

we periodically download size of user lists to our system via AdWords API and we found out that AdWords stopped adding users to the lists since 31.8. We download data for hundreds of accounts in our MCC and this problem affects all the accounts. The same problem is present in the AdWords UI, there is no data since 31.8. What is the reason of this issue? Is there any change in UserList service since the start of this month?
