Why AdWords Search Campaign Spent Amount More Than Daily Budget ?

I am facing a problem of last 3 days one of my search campaign spent amount more than daily budget. I have set manual cpc campaign but still getting this issue.

Anyone can let me know what is the reason behind it ?
