How to setup a campaign with hundreds of video ads

I wish to run personalized AdWords TrueView campaign with hundreds of videos renditions

As far as I know I to upload all of these videos to be hosted on YouTube

I developed and app using the youtube data api to upload the videos in bulk but after 99 videos I get en error

"The user has exceeded the number of videos they may upload.”
