ad parameters not visible in ad

Hello there,

I did add adparameters for an ad that uses parameters but they in the google search result page the ad still shows the default values for the parameters.

I followed the tutorial here: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/ad-parameters?hl=de

The mutate methode returned an AdParam[] as expected, including correct values and ids for adgroup and criteria.

A follow up request (get ad params) also respondes with the correct AdParams but they do not get displayed in the app.

What might be wrong, did I miss something on the documentation or does it take that long for ad params to be applied in the ads.

Hi Martin,

Based on the scenarios that you discussed, the ad params should have been applied to your ads as there were no errors being generated on your end when you created the ad params. So I can further investigate this, can you provide to me your SOAP request and response logs when you created the ad params or the SOAP logs that shows these ad params? Also, can you provide a screenshot that shows that the ad parameters are not visible in your ad? Kindly use the Reply privately to author option.
