Match rate concerns are generally more of a Product related concern and we recommend that customers reach out to the Google Ads Product support team via this
link, for further guidance. For your concern, you may reach out to them in parallel as well so they can provide insight on why a 100% match rate was reflected.
In the Google Ads API perspective, and in order for our team to take a closer look if there was anything in your API upload that could be considered an issue, could you share to us your complete
request and
response logs, and
request-id?
You may then send the requested information via the
Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our
googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
