Hi, 

The Auction insights report is not available from the API. However, many of the metrics from that UI view are available in various reports. Some of them are:

• SearchImpressionShare
  
• ContentImpressionShare
  
• AveragePosition
  
• The various xxxxLostImpressionShare fields
• TargetOutrankShare, TargetOutrankShareCompetitorDomain etc.
• TopOfPageCpc
  

This document provides all the fields available across all the report types. This should be helpful in determining which report and fields to use based on your data requirement.
