Missing campaigns in Campaign Service

Hi,

1. I called the report PLACEMENT_PERFORMANCE_REPORT with the below parameters and receive a full response.

2.Then I tried to get the campaign metadata by calling CAMPAIGN_SERVICE endpoint (by filtering the campaigns_ids from above report) but received an empty response.

Why is the response empty and how can I get the campaign metadata?

Hello Omri, 

Could you share us the client customer Id used to generate the report and the API SOAP request and response logs for the CampaignService.get() call, so I can take a look? You may refer to the readMe section of the respective client library on how to enable logging. You can share the details privately using the reply privately to author option.

Thank you for sharing the account details. It looks like the account: xxxxxxxx has only video campaigns. Please note that the video campaigns are only supported in API reports. This data is not available through the API services which is why you're receiving no results. Let me know if you have any other questions.
