Concurrent MutateJobService jobs

I assume there is no limit on how many threads we can use to create MutateServiceJob processes?

Also may be useful to somebody - even if max amount of operations in the batch is limited to 10000 for MSJ, the fastest is to have ~1000 operations.

Hi GDZ,

You should place a limit on the number of concurrent threads submitting MutateJobService requests, as that service is subject to the QPS limit just like other services. Check out our Rate Limits guide for more details.
