Customer_Not_Active trying to add label to account - Account IS active

HI all,

i have an odd one here, looking around i can see a few people have had this issue over the past couple of years

We are using the LabelService to simply add a label to an account. We have a couple thousand accounts and most of them behave when we try to add a new label. However we are getting several instances of trying to add a new label to an account and we get a "CUSTOMER_NOT_ACTIVE" error

If i look at one of these example's account's Settings it says

Account status - Your account is active

So i am not really sure what to do - we have had impressions and clicks in this account within the last couple of days

Thanks for reaching out. Thank you for reaching out to us. The CUSTOMER_NOT_ACTIVE error is encountered when the customer is no longer active or cancelled. Can you please provide complete request and response logs along with customer id, so that i can further investigate the issue. You can find information on enabling logging in the ReadMe of your client library.
