Where to find / hire Adwords API Developer

Hate to come post this question here, but really having a hard time figuring out where else to find experts in both Adwords and adwords API system programing. 

I have a need to develop a custom KW bid automation system using the Adwords API to manage multiple accounts. If you're interested or know of anyone able to do this please PM me so we can talk.
