No response from Google Ads API Basic Access

Hello,
I've submitted the form to grant my developper token to get data from real account.

From test account the basic level. But i've no answer!

I've sent an email in October and asked twice in 15 days  but still i do not receive any answer.

Could someone help me with this ?

Here's the detailed information:
Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID: 749-667-3100
Case ID generated from the compliance team in the format 0-0###########0 (if there is any generated): but we didn't receive any email.
