The customer would like to update their application (currently approved for Reporting Only) to Full-Service Tool. They have implemented the functionalities mentioned in the RMF and prepared the necessary documentation for the application.
However, the customer hasn't received any response. They also checked their respective Google Accounts, as well as the spam folders, unfortunately, no response has been received.
