CustomerService sometimes returns AuthenticationError.CUSTOMER_NOT_FOUND

Hi AdWords team,

Basically we call getCustomers (without any specific customer id in the request) to get a whole list of customer back. However, the CustomerService is not stale and will return error back (CUSTOMER_NOT_FOUND). Sometimes we need retry 2-3 times to get the correct response; sometimes the retry even retry doesn't work.

I have the SOAP trace with me. Can you please let me know what might be the issue. I can send you the SOAP message privately.
