`500 Internal Server Error` for AdWords Reports Download

We have been getting the below `500 Internal Server Error` for more than a week for accounts associated with one of our MCC accounts.  There is no pattern of when it fails or if a specific account is causing it to fail.  Even after rerunning the request at different times of the day for different date ranges it continues to fail.

Is there an issue with the API?  Or can you help us understand what we are doing wrong?

To better assist you on this, could you provide the clientCustomerId of all the accounts affected and the complete report definition you used to generate the report? Kindly reply via the Reply privately to author.
