Google Ads API Token - No Reponse over 2 weeks

Dear Google Ads Support Team,

I am writing to express my frustration over the lack of response to our request for a developer token to access our basic Google Ads account. Our team has been attempting to optimize our account frequently and increase our budget, but we have been unable to do so without this access.

We understand the importance of the developer token and its role in providing secure access to the Google Ads API. However, we have yet to receive any communication regarding the status of our request. It has been several days since we submitted our application, and we are yet to receive any feedback.

We kindly request your assistance in this matter, as we believe that access to the Google Ads API is crucial to improving our account's performance. We are keen to use the API to streamline our campaigns, target our desired audience and increase our return on investment.

Please let us know the status of our application and if there are any additional steps we need to take to obtain the developer token for our basic Google Ads account. We look forward to hearing back from you soon and appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.

I understand that you have submitted Google Ads API Token Application Form and haven’t heard yet. Kindly note that our team does not have scope on checking the application submitted for developer token level of access. This is because the matters related to the review and approval process of these tokens are already outside of the scope of our Google Ads API support team. 

The API compliance team should reach out to you on the provided email address within 48 hours. However, since you mentioned that it has been several days since you submitted an application, and you are yet to receive any feedback, then you may reach them again by this form, and selecting the option “ I'm waiting to hear back about my API application! Help!” under the ‘What is your issue? *’ when you submit the form.
