What happens when a product is removed from Merchant Center?
- is this product still served in shopping campaign?
- is it automatically removed from product group after some time?

And if lets say i remove a product partition unit that was biddable and enabled, it will be added to all others excluded product partition unit?

For you Merchant Center related questions, you may reach out to the Content API support team via their forum channel, for further assistance.
As for your product partition question, simply removing a partition does not automatically exclude them. You will need to explicitly exclude them. For more information on partitioning, you may refer to this guide.
