Confirm about headline of call-only ads

Dear Google API team,

In google ad, we can create headline for call-only ads such as below:

But, in the api as link below, i don't see mention to headline:

https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdGroupAdService.CallOnlyAd

Question:
1. When this headline is added?
2. If you know about announcement for this release of this field, could you please teach me?
