I have applied for a Basic Access Acount, but did not receive confirmation email

I applied for a basic access account (Adwords API). I filled up all the information correctly and finally I got the message "Thanks you". However I did not receive any email regarding the successful submission of the form. When should I expect a reply from the Adwords API Team?
