No response for Google Developer API token

Hello Team,

We had submitted the Google Ads API developer token Basic Access Application 2 times, first on Oct 18th, 2023 and second on yesterday.
Its been while since then neither we have received any email of approval/disapproval access

We really need to get this access in order to improve our internal analytics and reporting ASAP.

Here is the information
Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID: 540-054-0219
Access level: Basic access requested
Case ID: No case id

Hello,

I submitted applications for basic access to a Google Ads account twice. Unfortunately, there has been no communication regarding the approval or disapproval of access, and there is no available method to check the status of the application. Also we have not received any case id.

This lack of response has caused a halt in our work, and we're currently in need of assistance or information on how to proceed.
