Dear API Team,

I'm reaching to you because my application for basic access API has been pending for over 30 days now. Despite submitting our application and completing a reminder form, we've yet to receive a confirmation or Case ID.

Requested Access: Basic
Case ID: N/A, no response yet.

We need to start developoing our application and/or at least inform our client of the status when a response can be expected. Could you please expedite the review of our application and provide an update at your earliest convenience?
