CampaignExtensionSettingService: InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR

Hello, 

it started few days ago I want to get list of all extensions by calling

https://adwords.google.com/api/adwords/cm/v201809/CampaignExtensionSettingService

But I am getting:

AdwordsApi::V201809::CampaignExtensionSettingService::ApiException: InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR @ com.google.ads.api.services.common.error.InternalApiError

This is hapening only on some customer ids. 

Fetching campaigns and ad groups for example works fine.

Thank you for reaching out. The InternalApiError.UNEXPECTED_INTERNAL_API_ERROR could be due to a temporary issue in the servers. Please try running the service again and if you are still having an issue, please share the complete latest request and response logs of the call via Reply privately to the author so that I can further investigate the issue.
