Adding In-Market audience to the campaign with the "Observation" option

cannot find the reference in the API where I can add In-Market audience, but not for Targeting purposes, but using Observation option.

Adding Observations settings from the API is currently not supported.

This is currently supported in the Google Ads UI only. Please see this documentation for your reference.

Yes, we also need this option instead of using targeting option we want to use Observation setting.Currently every week we launch many campaigns via API and its frustrating for us for having to login to account and manually change setting.

I understand your frustration, however, this is currently still not available via the API.

Hi Huso, 

Yes, you will be able to add the TargetingSetting for a campaign by setting the targetAll field to true to set the targeting setting as Observation. You may refer to this code sample as a reference to apply these settings for a campaign. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
