Update Keyword's AdGroup

Hi Team,

I wants to update keyword's existing AdGroup to new one.
The actual thing is, On Search Terms page, need to change a search term's AdGroup.
I have tried with update keyword example. But it doesn't work.

Also I have attached screenshot of Interface.
Please guide me to resolve this issue.
