After reviewing your query, I understand that you are getting the error ASPECT_RATIO_NOT_ALLOWED. This error is encountered due to the aspect ratio of the field ‘marketing_images’ not matching the expected aspect ratios provided in the asset specification. The marketingImage that you provided has its own requirement, which is 600:314 (+-1%). You may check this help center article for responsive display ad (RDA) image sizes from product support.

Additionally, asset ID "311481424785" does not meet the recommended aspect ratio for marketing images; please adjust the aspect ratio and reattempt the request from your end.

You may also use the below asset report on your account in order to check the specification of your assets.

The attached document states that images with aspect ratio 9:16 should work. But the api is not allowing 9:16 either

As per the Responsive Display Ad Info marketing images, the minimum size is 600x314 and the aspect ratio must be 1.91:1 (+-1%).

 

Whereas for the asset Id '311481424785' has heightPixels -"1200" and widthPixels -"960" and if you calculate the aspect ratio i.e, width/height it is '0.8' which is vertical image. So, you have experienced the ASPECT_RATIO_NOT_ALLOWED error. You can refer to the responsive display ads Images help center to know the type of image sizes allowed for responsive display ads.
