Waiting for Basic Access, 10 days no response

We've been waiting for 10 days for a developer token to be approved for basic access to support a client. No response on this case one way or the other, docs say it should only take like 3 business days to receive a response.

How can I follow up and get a response on the status? Client checked also and has received no communication.
