Since you are initially reading from a file, you will need to extract the email addresses and apply hashing as described
here. Moving forward, since the operation appears to have resulted in a SUCCESS, then you may note as well the considerations listed
here, on when your audience size would reflect.
If your audiences still don't populate after the period specified in the above guide, you may then provide the complete
request and
response logs, with the
request-id, so our team may investigate further.
If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the
Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this
link. You may then send the requested information via the
Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our
googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.
Lastly, since your API upload request was successful, there is also a possibility that this may not be an API issue. That said, I would recommend that you also reach out to the Google Ads Product Support team, via this
link, so they can investigate in parallel on why the audience is not populating.
