How to create youtube campaign via Google AdsAPI

Is possible to create a youtube campaign via API? I tried but had this error:

Hello Andrea, 

The Video campaigns are only available through the reports. The create and manage options are not yet supported. Please keep an eye on our blog for future updates regarding this.

Through the Google Ads API, it is not possible to create the video campaigns. For the concerns specific to DV360 API, I suggest that you contact them through the contact options available here.
