Getting Criteria ID for DMA Target Type

I've been looking for a Criterion ID to DMA mapping for use through the targeting API.
The downloadable zip has mappings for every type except DMA. Does anyone know how to get the mapping? To be clear I already have the DMAs I wish to target, but do not know how to get the corresponding criterion id. The DMA is available through UI, so should be targetable through the client as well. Thank you!

Thank you for the response. I've contacted Nielsen. In addition to DMA data, will they be able to provide the Criterion ID in the Google API needed to target DMA through the API?
