 I was looking for Campaign performance metrics which are available through Google manager reporting tool.

eg.

Are they available through Google Ads API ?

Hi Priti,

Thank you for reaching out to our Google Ads API support team.

Campaign performance metrics are generally retrieved using this API's campaign report. As per checking, the frequency related metrics, unique users, and the numbers with + signs do not appear to be supported.

In addition, this API's campaign report mirrors only the campaign report of the Google Ads UI. Since you mentioned Google Manager Reporting tool, then our team is unfortunately not familiar with this tool. Is this a tool accessible within the Google Ads UI as well?

If yes, could you share the complete UI screenshot containing its details? This is so our team can raise a feature request, subject for review, if indeed its contents are also available from within the Google Ads UI.

Should your screenshot contain your user or account information, you may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.

This is Carmela, also from the Google Ads API team. Thank you for providing the screenshot.

Upon seeing the provided screenshot, it appears that you are referring to reach metrics. That being said, you may check this documentation to know more as to which metrics are currently supported in the Google Ads API. 

With regard to the reach metrics, I am afraid that this is not available in the API. However, our team has already previously created a feature request, subject for review, regarding its availability in the API. For now, you may for now keep an eye on our blog for updates when they become supported.

I am afraid that, our team has no definite timeline to know when it will be completed also this feature request is for internal so we cannot provide a link regarding this. You may please keep an eye on our blog post and to the New and Improved in the Google Ads API for updates or announcements when it becomes available. However, for this "link for google Ads Data transfer services support" that you mentioned. Could you please confirm if you mean this is the BigQuery Data Transfer Service support team? If yes, then I can refer you to their support channels via this link.

Regarding this, "I was looking for help in defining metrics using "Google Ads tables in BQ" loaded using Data transfer job." Kindly note that BigQuery Data Transfer Service for Google Ads is an implementation of the AdWords API to the BigQuery platform, and implementation of the Google Ads API / AdWords API to any platform is outside of our scope already. That said,  you will need to get in touch with the BigQuery team by contacting them through the support channels available here.Getting support.
