How to get the Age range report and Gender report for a Performance Max campaign?

By reviewing your query, I understand that you would like to retrieve the age range report and Gender report for a Performance Max campaign. Kindly note that there is no report type for combined age and gender report. You can use the age_range_view and gender_view. Refer to this Query Cookbook which contains the sample query for the Age and Gender.
